GENERAL COURSE
Available from January to June. This course provides a balance of grammar, reading, listening, speaking and writing to improve communication skills. 18+
Arrive on Sunday and start each Monday; you choose how many weeks.
- 15 hours of lessons a week, 3 hours each morning.
- Lessons are in groups of generally 8-10 students maximum 12 students.
- Lessons are taken in an excellent school in Canterbury.
- In the afternoon there is a choice of things to do: Spend time reviewing the mornings work. Or enjoy our city, sightseeing, shopping or in the sports centre.
- The course fee is £300 a week for 15 hours. Or £352 for 25 hours. It includes half board family accommodation with us and your lessons.
- There is a registration fee of £80.
- Your course books require a £20 deposit. Payable the first morning.
- Internet connection for use with your own laptop is available for £5 a month extra. Adults only.
- We have a selection of reading books, listening materials, videos and DVD's.

- Orientation of the city.
- International evening at Global Café. Saturday evenings held in Oasis Café.
- Opportunity to enjoy the activities of New Life Church at the University of Kent.
- Informal preparation and help planning an excursion.

- A visit to a heritage site or visitor attraction.
Eg. Leeds Castle, a day trip to London.
- Sports activities. Eg. The indoor swimming pool, the gym or cycle hire.
