Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted or other London airport: We recommend a coach.

• At the airport follow the signs for “Coach to London”.
• Change coach at “Victoria Coach Station” in London for Canterbury.
• You arrive at “Canterbury Bus Station”. Take a taxi to your host family.
• Buy a standard return ticket online and book a place on the coach.
• Flying home, allow 2 hours check in and 5 hours to travel from Canterbury to your UK airport.

Trains from London or Gatwick Airport:

• London Victoria to Canterbury East and Canterbury West.
• London Charring Cross to Canterbury West.
• Gatwick Airport to Canterbury West via Ashford (Kent), change at Tonbridge.
• Check train times online.

Eurostar from Europe:

• Get off at Ashford International. First stop in the UK.
• Change platforms for a local train to Canterbury West.

• Transfer service from Heathrow Airport to Canterbury and return £ TBC.
• Transfer service from Stansted Airport to Canterbury and return £ TBC.
• Transfer service from Gatwick Airport to Canterbury and return £ TBC.
• Where possible, when 2 or more students come together, on the same flight, we will try to link them together, and so reduce your costs.
• We do NOT recommend using an airport taxi as the charge will be double those quoted above.

Taxi Transfer Service Meeting Arrangements:
If we arrange a taxi for you these are the arrangements. Your taxi is:

• Chestfield Cars
• The Chestfield Cars taxi driver will meet your flight.
• Do not worry if you are delayed the driver will know and wait for you.
• Come out of customs, go to the “Information Desk” and do not move from there.
• The taxi driver will go to the “Information Desk.”
• The taxi driver will have your name and “Logos Linguistics / Chestfield Cars”.
• If the taxi is not there, the “Information Desk” will telephone the taxi for you.
• Do not leave the airport without your taxi, we send the taxi to the airport for you.
